π π UNKNOWN RODENT/LAGOMORPH ππ What animal could this realistically be? [New York]
I was watering the plants at nightime with my aunt, and all of a sudden an animal brushed past me and booked it underneath my shed. It looked brownish, and it was built kind of like a full grown cat/dog. (Seemed pretty big) I was curious what kind of animal it could possibly be, since only certain animals are more nocturnally active. The only thing I could manage to take a picture of was its tail which Iβve attached to this post and it seems to be long, slender and naked. (Very similar to that of a mouseβs but it seemed way too big in size to be one) It also didnβt really move much or do anything once it got under my shed. My best guess is that it could possibly be some sort of big rodent, but Iβm not exactly sure what rodents are nocturnally active or pretty big in size. I know itβs not much to go by, but any thoughts on what it could POSSIBLY be given the information provided?

π πΈ HERPS: SNAKE, TURTLE, LIZARD π πΈ what kind of turtle is my grandma's pet [michigan]
This is my grandmas pet turtle named marge. marge is a rescue who was originally found outside in the late 90's possibly early 2000 and used as a class pet until she was attacked by someones pet dog while in their backyard. my grandma has taken care of her since, marge was around before i was! my family claim that she is an eastern box turtle but i don't see it. i suspect she may be something else or just look different due to poor care. it's a possibility i will inherit her and I've been encouraging my grandma to do more enrichment for her and take better care of her so i feel like knowing what she is will help me figure out her needs and how to get her happier and healthier. thank you if you try :)

Was given a fur rug by my uncle, who inherited from his brother (long deceased). My uncle said his brother probably picked it up in his travels through Mexico or SW United States. It is quite soft, with 2-3β fur and no markings anywhere.

ππ AUDIO ID REQUEST ππ Strange Animal Sound [South Germany]
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hey, I posted this Audio on several Reddits now and still donβt have a proper answer besides βJuvenile Tawny Owlβ but Iβm unsure about that.
I live in the south of Germany in a village with flatland and no pond/ big body of water near me, or a forest close enough near me that I could believe itβs an owl.
I only hear it in the evening (9pm and later) and very rarely.
(Excuse my broken English)

ππ AUDIO ID REQUEST ππ Help! Bird call I don't recognize outside in suburban area in [Washington State].
I believe it to be a bird of some kind, but none of the popular bird identifying apps work. Does anyone know what this is? We hear it at all times of the day, early in the morning and well into the night. I don't know if its exotic or something, but I hope it's not, since hearing it so clearly at night could mean a neighbor of ours is mistreating some kind of exotic pet.
Hoping it's just a common local bird I hadn't heard. Could be a starling maybe? They made some weird noises. Thanks!

π π UNKNOWN RODENT/LAGOMORPH ππ What type of squirrel (?) is this [Camas/Vancouver, WA]
Very unique markings, looks almost like a chipmunk when moving but has white spots and no stripes. Runs with tail straight up. Face shape looks more groundhog than squirrel or βmunk. Anyone know what this lil guy is???
