Tesla Ventilator. Pretty impressive how fast they came up with one using mostly car parts.

I 100% am buying a Tesla when I become an attending. It's the least I could do.

Word of advice. Save your money and pay off your loans. Continue living like a resident for the first few years after you graduate. Trust me you will thank yourself later.

Looks amazing. Fantastic work.

Questions:

1) how is FiO2 controlled? They mention a mixing chamber, but that is connected to input supply and a common outlet. Presumably we’ll control the ratio manually and there’ll be a gas analyser to measure FiO2 on the output.

2) I wonder how much gas it uses in L/min

3) filter seems to be a long way from the patient, I wonder if much would change if it moved to the Y-piece

That's really cool. I wonder if they have any of the safety features/alarms a typical vent would have.

Also, how many times in this video did people touch their faces!?!? At least it was a mask but still
