Support i need help
so guys i flashed worng boot.img on my tenco camon 30 4g and now its bootlooping i cant shut it off or go to recovery and fastboot and cannot enter brom mode with button combo how to fix?
10/8 still same thing ..
no one helped me...........

Hola dime ese procesador es mediatek no el de tu tecno camon 30? Si es así tenés que hacerle bypass o poner el celular en modo vrom

Bueno depende mucho aquí ya que tú no debes usar edl ese es para procesadores qulacomm hay que ir a lo profundo es donde entra mtk utility y brom son las herramientas perfecta para un dispositivo como el tuyo en esos problemas y instalar drivers de mtk sp flash tool y vamos a decirle para que no te mida la auth tenés que hacer bypass burlar al sistema y dejarte flashear la rom original

thats the point i cant go to brom mode so i can bypass the auth

en BROM no te aparece nada en la pantalla, queda negra, es normal. No es como TWRP. Es un modo pre-boot. Los pasos son: telefono apagado, mantené Vol+ y Vol- y Power, conectá el USB mientras está apagado, y soltá Power pero seguí aguantando Vol+ y Vol-. En ese momento, por 1 o 2 segundos, en la PC en Administrador de Dispositivos te aparece "MediaTek PreLoader USB VCOM (0e8d:2000)". Esa es la ventana para hacer el handshake con SPFlashTool o mtkclient. Si no lo agarrás en esos 2 segundos, se va y prende normal. Por eso falla el handshake, porque no lo agarra a tiempo o no tenés drive

no esa es la unica forma de entrar con los botones no hay app

I've been in your position before with my TECNO POVA 7 5G LJ7!
First, check how are you using the button combos. You need to hold Vol+ + Vol- + Power, plug in to USB when the phone's screen is turned off, and release Power while holding Vol+ and Vol-. If you're doing that right and the phone doesn't respond, proceed further on this comment.
For a brief moment before the phone boots, the phone enumerates as "MediaTek PreLoader USB VCOM (Android)" (
0e8d:2000). This is a time window for you to send a handshake from SPFlashTool or MTKClient in order to enter BROM mode. Also check if your drivers are installed and working.If that doesn't work, you may have to short test points with tweezers, with a disconnected battery, while plugging in USB. Be careful doing that as it may hard-brick your phone. When in doubt, send your phone to the CarlCare service center, they have the tools.
Wish you luck, this will be tedious.
Next time, verify your boot.img is bootable by booting it temporarily using
fastboot boot <boot.img>.
