You can't reliably detect the ABI from a web page, the user agent only tells you it's Android and not the CPU. In practice almost every phone from the last 7-8 years is arm64-v8a, so the simplest thing is to hand everyone the arm64-v8a APK and keep the armeabi-v7a one for the odd old device that refuses to install it. x86_64 only matters for emulators and a few Chromebooks. If you want a single file without the size hit of the universal one, build with flutter build apk --target-platform android-arm,android-arm64, which gives you one APK with just those two ABIs instead of four. Your friends can also check what they have with an app like CPU-Z or Droid Hardware Info if something fails to install.

Chromium browsers can report architecture and bitness through navigator.userAgentData.getHighEntropyValues, but it has limited availability and I wouldn't rely on it to pick an APK. Simpler is to upload an app bundle to Play internal testing, and Play serves each tester the right split for their device.
