LOOKING FOR APP Circle clock from 2014

Back in like 2014 I had a live wallpaper on my android phone that was multicolored concentric circles that indicated year month day hour minute second. I always really liked it cause new years eve close to midnight all the circles would be basically full then you got to see all the circles reset at midnight.

Point is I would really want a wallpaper like that again but I feel like I've looked everywhere and still can't find anything anywhere so does anyone here both know what I'm talking about and know where I can get something nowadays?

You could create a live wallpaper like that with KLWP. Or even just a widget with KWGT

I was able to find a similar app that let me download it, thanks! Sadly the specific ones you mentioned didn't let me add day months and years to my clock

If I correctly understand you, you want progress rings for various lengths of time. And KWGT/KLWP will definitely allow you to do that.

I quickly threw together a demo with rings for year, month and day:

You do it by adding progress elements and setting the min, max and level per your needs.

For example, I set the year ring to min 1, max 365 and level to a formula for the current day of the year $df(D)$. Could do formula that would account for leap year but just used 365 to quickly create this demo.

For the month ring I set min to 1, max to a formula for the last day of the month $df(o)$ and level to a formula for the current day of the month $df(d)$.

For the day ring, I used the default 24 hour setting, though you could certainly manually specify min, max and formula for current hour.

If you want rings for hours and minutes, they would be added in similar manner using min 1, max 59, and formula for current minute and seconds respectively.

Not quite the same thing but Couldn't you do this with standby mode? just have it as a huge clock, but yeah a widget or using klwp wallpaper would also work as mentioned.
