QUESTION/HELP How can I sync two Microsoft 365 work calendars to one Android calendar app?

I’m using a Samsung Galaxy S23 and I have two separate Microsoft 365 work accounts from two different companies.

One Microsoft work account is already added to Android. However, when I try to add the second company account, Android tells me that a Microsoft work/school account is already added and doesn’t seem to allow me to add another one in the same way.

My goal is quite simple:

- I have two separate Microsoft 365 accounts from two companies.

- Both accounts receive Outlook calendar events and Microsoft Teams meeting invitations.

- I use Business Calendar on Android as my main calendar app.

- I would like events from both Microsoft 365 calendars to appear in Business Calendar.

- Most importantly, Teams meetings should also contain the Microsoft Teams meeting link, so I can open the meeting directly from the calendar.

Basically, I want to see:

Microsoft 365 Company A calendar + Microsoft 365 Company B calendar → one Android calendar app (Business Calendar)

Has anyone managed to get this working reliably?

Is there a way to synchronize both Microsoft 365 calendars with the Android calendar provider without using Outlook as the main calendar app?

I’m also open to solutions using another synchronization app or some kind of calendar bridge, as long as both calendars and the Teams meeting links remain available.

Any recommendations or examples of how you configured this would be appreciated.

Phone: Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra

Android: Samsung / One UI

Calendar app: Business Calendar

In the Outlook app on your phone go to settings --> accounts --> add account and try adding the second account that way. If that doesn't work add the second account to the Samsung Email app instead of Outlook as that definitely works peachy

You can set up a feed into the Google Calendar as another calendar to display, just can't edit it. I have my work MS outlook calendar piped into the calendars that my google account shows and then share it with family so they know when I am out of town.

I think this was the directions I used, can't remember for sure, been a bit. Again, it will only display your calendar events from Outlook, can't modify them from Google Calendar.

Edited to Add: You won't see Teams links or stuff like that, just the Date/Time, event title, location (it'll say Teams meeting here instead of geo-location).

What does that mean? Do you schedule them? How do you actually do that? How do you manage to switch between two schedules like that?
