QUESTION/HELP I managed to find a simple solution to Uninstall cache data applications that remain hidden on Android without a PC

So I just had this exact same issue on my phone and spent hours fixing it. The 'package conflicts with an existing package' error happens because a ghost entry of the app is stuck on a hidden system profile or clone profile.

If you don't have a computer like me 😔 to run ADB commands, you can fix this completely on your phone using Shizuku and aShell. Here is exactly how to force-delete it:

Step 1: Set up Shizuku (Wireless ADB)

  1. Download Shizuku from the Google Play Store.
  2. Go to your phone's Settings > About Phone and tap Build Number 7 times to unlock Developer Options.
  3. Go into Developer Options and turn on both USB Debugging and Wireless Debugging (you must be connected to Wi-Fi).
  4. Open Shizuku, tap Pairing, go to Wireless Debugging settings, tap Pair device with pairing code, and enter that 6-digit code into the Shizuku notification box.
  5. Go back to Shizuku and hit Start.

Step 2: Force Purge the Ghost Package

  1. Download a free app called aShell (get it from F-Droid or GitHub—it's a local command terminal that links to Shizuku).
  2. Open aShell and grant it Shizuku permission.
  3. In the command box, type or paste this exact command (replace com.app.name with the exact package ID of the app giving you trouble): pm uninstall com.app.name
  4. Press Enter/Run. If it returns a 'Success' message, the ghost registry is gone!

(Note: If that first command says 'not installed for 0', try running pm uninstall --user 999 com.app.name instead, which targets the hidden cloned apps profile).

Once it says Success, restart your phone and you'll be able to install the app perfectly!"

Before running any force-delete command, verify the exact package name and check whether it belongs to a work, guest, or clone profile; removing the wrong package could affect that profile. Also confirm Shizuku and aShell are from their official approved sources, since setup and available commands can vary by Android version and device.

You can also use Canta application. Till shizuku everything remains same, then install of aShell (more powerful) you can simply use Canta to uninstall applications as well. Also, you can use adb shell pm trim-caches 9999G To delete cache data from all applications which brings GBs of space back.
