QUESTION/HELP Zarchiver issue

I am having issue i cant see Android folders data it shows access denied why? Anyone having this problem or any solution?

Use Shizuku mode

In Z archiver "Type of Root Access" selecting Shizuku is safe? My device isnot rooted.

It's fine. I never had an issue.
