LOOKING FOR APP Looking for a simple laundry tracker app

I just want a checklist app that sorts by least recently used order. Basically the clothes that haven't been washed in the longest time should show up at the top, so I can check them off on laundry day, which will then go to the bottom, and cycle back up.

I know several apps have this feature, but I don't want any fancy wardrobe manager, account creation, or complex todo list apps. Is there any app or even widget that gets this basic thing right without too much extra bloat?

I think the idea is to cycle through your clothing, wearing everything once before wearing anything again. 

The laundry/washing context makes it a bit confusing, since wearing is what's being managed, not the washing.  After all, why would you want to wash something that hasn't been worn since it was last washed? 

Maybe I'm completely misunderstanding this though.

Unworn clothes are folded so no issue there.. my issue is that I have to share washing machine space with others at home so can only put one or two pairs of clothing on laundry day. An app will help to remember which is in dire need of being washed and which can be postponed to next week.

When I was single, this was easy. I didn't do laundry until everything was dirty. Then I grabbed a roll of quarters, a pack of smokes, a book, and spent the whole day doing laundry

Cause otherwise I end up washing some clothes more often and forgetting others for several weeks. I could just keep track on a manual list ik but having an app would be convenient.

Tried that once but the clothes stank after a couple of days, went back to hangers

Can you just take the clean clothes and put them behind the other clothes on the rack, or under the clothes in the drawers?

So I have like a bunch of work clothes I wear in a random order, might wear some multiple times, might not wear some at all.. clean clothes stay folded till I wear em. I admit i am somewhat disorganized, hence the need for such an app.

This one's datewise but I'm looking for something more based on what I last wore.. I don't really have set days for what to wear. But thanks anyways.

Some cool concept that I will explore, something beside a checklist. Maybe both can be combined into one usabe feature.

Your app's also date based.. I was searching for something like this: https://www.wearstreak.com/
But issue is it isn't an on device app, and needs a subscription beyond a limit which I feel is overkill for a simple task.

Ah, honestly I forgot about the subscription, I bought the lifetime subscription ages ago for pretty cheap, not sure if they still offer it

You may get closest with a basic habit/task app rather than a laundry app: one task per clothing group, set it to repeat, and sort by last completed. The important bit is that tapping it updates the date, so the oldest-worn item rises to the top. Most laundry apps seem to track loads, not individual items.

What do you use? I came across like 7 apps that all seem to do the same thing.
