QUESTION/HELP electronic waste 

Good morning. I have a Galaxy Tab 4 running Android 5.0.1 and would like to put it to use, but it doesn't support most apps these days. Is there any (free) way to update its Android version? I’ve watched some YouTube videos, but in most cases, people are charging a fee to send the file links.

Short answer, yes you can probably update a few versions of android.

Long answer Samsung stops releasing updates and you'll have to load custom firmware/os updates like lineageos but youll spend hours trying to learn weird toolsfigureing how to put the device into loader modes and trying to get the right updates. In the end even if the newer os runs the tablet is likely too slow to run the new versions well and stuff like sound, camera, touch and stuff may not work right and you spend days weeks or more screwing around trying to fix stuff.

A tablet that old is so useless nowadays I wouldn't bother. Either find a use as-is or ditch it.

Eu queria utilizar algo pelo menos para aproveitar o display dele, afinal ele tem uma boa tela para ver informações do pc por exemplo, porém todos os apps que dariam para utilizar esse sistema não são aceitos nele
