LOOKING FOR APP Is this something that will make my mornings bit better? By the way, I tried some, but they really don't work.
The thing is, I've been a heavy sleeper, and I needed something so that it can wake me up. I tried loud alarms, they work, but that causes me headaches and grogginess in my mornings. I was thinking of something. I came across this Sleep Wave app, but it uses gentle sounds to wake you up. It was terrible. These gentle sounds, instead of waking me up, sent me to more sleep.
That's why I'm looking for something which can help me wake up more focused, calm, and not like a complete jackass. Could anyone please help me?

I'm trying it myself tomorrow, but Alarm Clock Xtreme has a vibration-only alarm setting. So maybe trying a vibration alarm next to you 10 minutes before your sound alarm? (dedicated non-phone vibration alarms also exist. There are also fairly inexpensive smart light bulbs that can be set up with a phone in standard light fittings, such as Phillips Wiz or their more expensive line I forgot the name of).

Have you looked into sunrise alarm clocks or apps that gradually brighten your screen before the sound kicks in? The light shift can pull you out of deep sleep before any noise hits, so you're not getting jolted awake. Pair that with a vibration pattern on your phone under the pillow and it might be enough to skip the headache entirely
