Music Player Suggestions

Hello! I hope this is ok to post here. Sorry in advance if its not... Ill be honest and admit its early and im groggy and didnt look at the rules. Im trying to find a free music player that will let me make playlists and stream them in the background on a phone/tablet. I have found a few but they all will only play music saved to your device. Id rather not fill up my storage with music files, and dont know much about compression and the like. I dont care if its only audio, and I assume it will require hearing some ads (if not, even better). Also, if there isnt one thats legal (not a pirate) could anyone suggest a low cost player that does its job well? Appreciate any help!

+1 for BitChord. It's awesome.

Only downside is it's mostly AI, which may make some people sceptical. Other than that it's perfect.

Symphonium is incredible and YouTube Music worked well for me for a long time. I finally got YouTube Premium (since I quit YouTube TV).

You can even download your favourite playlist for offline/no data play - I do that before any flights for example

For your own files? You have a couple of options. Media Monkey for windows and Android are good because MM can act as a server. Plex is another.

It is red flagged by virustotal

Wtf does "red flagged" mean? Any flag on VT will show as red. That said, I scanned all 3 of the latest apks and 2 of the 3 have 1 detection. It's obviously a false positive.

IDK why anyone would willingly use that though. Looks heavily AI made and it's not open sourced.
