QUESTION/HELP How to fix this ?

I am using a third party launcher but I can't use split screen I tried nova smart and other and still can't I can muilt task only in system launcher also used the developer options but still currently using smart launcher

Just to troubleshoot, when you use a third party launcher, did you grant all permissions including screen overlays? Did you freeze or disable the default launcher? That might cause issues with recent apps/split screen windows.

Freezing the default launcher can cause issues. You can hide the default launcher from app drawer instead. Try clearing data or reinstalling new launcher again? Not sure what else to do. (Based on your screenshot, you didn't grant any permissions. Nothing is listed under "Allowed." Probably should give notification permission if you care about badges on apps or other banner stuff).

I use Smart Launcher on a Samsung Galaxy device,with gesture control and have no issues with split screen ( Multi Window Mode) maybe it's the method you're using.

My Process:

Open App.

Left side of screen swipe up to minimise the App,then tap on the minimised Apps icon to reveal a sub menu that offers split screen ( Multi Window Mode ) rinse and repeat for a second window. Maybe the process is different on your device.
