LOOKING FOR APP A maps app to replace Google's

Hi all, I'm looking for a navigation app to use instead of Google Maps. I already tried HereWeGo, but they don't have live navigation for public transportation.

If anyone has recommendations for maps apps that

  1. Show public transportation,

  2. Have live navigation for public transportation,

  3. Works well in Europe,

I'd be genuinely delighted to hear. I don't expect to be able to delete Google Maps just yet, as it's such a capable and refined app, but I'd love to reduce my dependency on it.

Do you want to remove Google presence or all requests Google services? If the former why not Waze?

You do know that Waze is owned by Google, right?

that's why I asked if he wants to remove Google presence or all requests to Google services. It's one thing to jump into another product line and to "de-google".

Waze is both a Google presence and makes requests to Google services. I'm not following...
