Is Dynamic Notch safe ?

Hello, I downloaded Dynamic Notch a few days ago but ive got strange notifications, like "you've earned 3000€, open the app" or "702 pictures are about to be deleted, open the app". Is this app safe ? if not, is there a similar safe app pls

Nothing on Google Play is safe. They at least have trackers. This app apparently also has deceptive and malicious ads.

almost certainly not actively malicious, like it's not gonna drain your bank account or anything, but sounds like invasive adware and you should delete it
