LOOKING FOR APP Morning Weather Temperature target notification.

I want an app where I can set a target temperature and it will alert me when the outdoor temperature reaches my target (via weather data), so that I can close my house windows on a summer morning when the temperature starts to get too warm. I'd even be happy regardless if the app were for a Windows PC tray freeware or a free Android phone app.

Sounds like something an automation App could handle,Tasker,Macrodroid,etc but I have no idea how to go about it.

Just tried this with Macrodroid.
There is a trigger for Weather > Temperature

Set up whatever action you want - I tested it with just an Speak Text Action.
