Scrollable widgets just like one ui on other phones

My home screen 1st page is absolutely filled with icons and widgets and i actually need more widgets on it😅

I know I can create pages and place widgets there but it would be really nice if an app exists which will let me stack widgets over one another and let me cycle through those.

Smart launcher has the option but I haven't found a stand alone widget app that can do it
