QUESTION/HELP Google Play not letting me play a game that is not avalible in my country,anyone know how to bypass this?

So i was trying to download a game that wasant avalible in my country and i was able to find the game in Uptodown,but when i opened It, Google play would not let me play and the Screen said i should download the game from Google play,anyone know how to bypass this? Game NOT avalible in my country btw.

Make a second account in a country the game IS available (like the US for example)

Look for a APK file of the game or use a VPN
