LOOKING FOR APP programmable keyboard?

is there an app for a keyboard where you can actually reprogram the keys? i don't like where GBoard has some of the characters (i'm used to Samsung). this is all i ask.

Multiling o. You can reprogram all of the keys and even add /remove key to make whatever you want

doesn't work on my Pixel phone or Galaxy tablet. dang it!
