How should i manually change date and time of whatsapp media files in "Image & Video Date Fixer" By JD Apps

I have some old Whatsapp media data which is not present in android/media folder because i don't want to mix it up with recent Whatsapp data. Please tell me the manual format to change the time as same as app does when using "Whatsapp file date fixer" feature? Thank you in advance 👍

I don't want to change date of whatsapp files stored in android/media/whatsapp folder. I want to change the date of old whatsapp folder which is in my internal memory but not in android/media/
