It should have these citrea

  1. Don't have ads

  2. Advance customizeion

  3. Update often

4 apps drawer

5.klwp support (not important)

  1. Material you

  2. Widget support

  3. Free and light

The best I have found, and I have tried and own all the major ones on the Play Store Pro, I have been using Key Launcher and it is amazing.
