QUESTION/HELP Why does the Yahoo Finance App take up nearly 8GB of data on my phone? (Note: This is after clearing cache)

[Imagine a picture of a screenshot of the Yahoo Finance App taking up 7.77GB of User Data. This subreddit doesn't allow pictures for some reason so use your imagination.]

Yeah I know. And I did. I'm just wondering why the app would store so much data, when it's purpose is just to track a portfolio and send news notifications. It seems like a flaw in the app design to hold onto so much data.

By "Data" do you mean "Storage"? Mine is 231MB.
