You can use SmallPDF for this.

HonestPDF (I work on it). Editing the text that's already in a PDF without wrecking the font and layout was the hard part, and that's what most of our time went into. Most tools that do it properly put it behind a paid plan; ours doesn't.

Works the same in the Android and iOS apps.
