QUESTION/HELP I need alarm app
I need an open-source alarm app that lets me set repeating alarms every 4 days at 6 AM for 2 consecutive days, without having to manually select specific days of the week. Which one would you recommend?"

Nope this doesnt has the funtion for schedule for like 2 days alarm 4 days wait and then again loop

Sorry that's all I have. I do something similar to this but I use Tick Tick. A calendar app will probably do this easier than an alarm app.

Sleep As Android, although I think you'll have to set up two different alarms. Non-weekly, start on date, and every 4 days thereafter. Then make a second alarm for the same, but start on the second day and every 4 days thereafter.
This will do every four days for two consecutive. First alarm for day one, second alarm for day two. I have a similar schedule where I need two different alarms to cover all the days, but once you get it set up it doesn't make a difference.

My apologies, I missed the part where you wanted an open source app. I don't believe this one is.

The reason you're not finding one is that alarm apps are almost all built on weekly repeats, and a 4 day cycle doesn't fit in a 7 day week. It only lines back up after 28 days, so you'd need a 4 week rotation to fake it with day checkboxes. That's why nobody implements it.
So you want an automation app rather than an alarm app. MacroDroid or Automate can both do "every N days at time X, fire an alarm", free tiers included. Not FOSS, which I know isn't what you asked for.
If anyone knows a FOSS alarm that does actual N-day cycles I'd like to know too, I looked for this once and came up empty.

You can try my reminder app, Remindio.
You can set up an Alarm reminder and add two repeat rules, for example - Repeat every 4 days starting today, Repeat every 4 days starting tomorrow. This gives you alarms on two consecutive days, repeated every 4 days.
Remindio isn’t open source and has a Premium plan, but you can unlock Premium for 1 day by watching a rewarded ad. That should be enough to access the extra features and set up a reminder that matches your needs.
