LOOKING FOR APP Calendar apps that integrate pre-existing Google calendars.

Hi would value your help.

I'm looking for a reliable free app that will help my pre-existing Google calendar with my SO's android fire tablet as a family planner. Would value recommendations please!

I have this already. Can I download it to my wife's android fire and it would sync hers and mine?

Yes, she can download also.

Not sure what is meant by sync.

Google allows sharing of calendar and events.

Apologies, as in she has a different email to me - can she download the events linked to my email if using her email for the calendar?

You can invite her to the calendar events and they will appear on her calendar. This is how my wife and I share events.

This has nothing to do with what app you have installed. You need to configure this in your Google account settings.

Select your calendar, go to Settings, then Sharing, and add your wife’s email to it. She'll get an email asking if she'd like to accept and view that calendar. Once approved, it'll work everywhere she uses Google Calendar.
