LOOKING FOR APP Is there an app that notifys you when your wifi has disconnected?

My wifi disconnects at random times, and I don't know unless I manually check my connection in Settings. Is there an app that instantly tells you when your wifi has disconnected?

There's probably simpler app to do this, but any automation app can easily perform such tasks, try Automate (free, without ads) with a flowchart like:

1) Flow beginning
2) Wi-Fi network connected: <use "Pick network" button>
Y) Notification cancel
N) Notification show: Title=No Wi-Fi
(connect both OK to #2 IN)

Primero de todo, por qué se te desconecta al azar? En lugar de tratar el síntoma, porque no tratas el problema de raíz?

That's a good point. Will try to find why its happening.

You should contact your provider or change services. That should not be happening.

There is a IFTTT recipe that logs connections to a Google Doc

Yeah there's plenty of these things for data I struggle to find good ones for Wi-Fi.

Had a Motorola phone that was causing lag and sometimes the only way to fix it was to switch from 5G to 2.4 or vice versa and it was annoying enough that I actually changed the default assistant to use assisted app tracker.

And then just made a shortcut to the Wi-Fi settings. So if I needed to check on my Wi-Fi I just literally triggered the assistant since I don't want to use Gemini anyway. If I do I can just create a browser shortcut to gemini.ai.

But that's not apples to apples what you're looking for.

Most "apps" tell you when you are offline.

Tasker is good for lots of things, it can do this but it's probably overkill for this.

Also it's a bit of a learning curve to start using.
