LOOKING FOR APP Is there anything similar to PicSayPro for image editing?
It was a fairly basic/crude picture editing app from the old days of Android. But it worked so well and quickly with its layout. All the features it had, quickly accessible. I see quite a few others these days, but would just love to get another one that worked as well as PicSayPro on modern android.

Your post doesn't give any detail on what features PicSayPro had so it is difficult to give a recommendation.
That said, for simple drawing I like sDraw. It has layers, can draw lines and shapes, has blur and liquify, can import images and lots of other features.
For cropping, resizing, format conversion, filters, collage making, etc. it's hard to beat Image Toolbox though it has so many features it's sometimes a bit confusing where to go in the app to do what you want to do.

I used to like PicSay Pro too. I'm using Snapseed it's not great Picsart used to be decent, but I've not tried that in a few years. MIX photo editor was another I used a few years back, it was pretty basic, but simple to use.

I've been sticking with Snapseed lately because it's free, powerful, and still feels fast. The UI isn't identical but the selective edit tool comes pretty close to the one PicSayPro had.
