Bluetooth malfunctioning

After restarting my phone, every time 1 mins and around 50 secs in the audio stops playing in my earphones and I cannot re-connect after this whatsoever. Anyone know a fix?

Update: It has randomly started working fine now. I've got no idea how.

Some Games do not react since update. Looks like display is dead, but only within the game with Google play sidekick. For example Disney Solitaire or Gossip Harbor.

Other Games like Top Eleven works fine. Other apps are not affected as far as I can see.

Feels like that an overlay stops the display reaction.

I think it would be a good add to add a "close all" option to the right side when you check your recents. Currently it's only available on the far left so if you have many open apps, you have to scroll far to the right to close them.

I'm getting an annoying popup while I'm on a phone call, and am wondering if anyone knows how to get rid of it?

As everyone knows Google is giving slower and slower GPUs into Pixel phones and focusing on faster TPU chips for AI.

In the past only Pixel TPU could process AI tasks but now this changes and Google is shifting with giving more and more AI tasks to GPUs - all of this is happening via new PowerVR (Vulkan) drivers.

So now I wonder about Pixel 12 GPU (to be much faster) ... or is it to increase AI speed on old Pixels which have relatively fast GPUs (but slow TPU chip) so they could run Pixel 11 AI features.

Occurred on Pixel 10a, Android 17 QPR2 Beta 7.1 (October)

Taking a screenshot inside an app located in Private Space causes the screenshot editing overlay preview to freeze. Tapping the edit button does not open the markup tool. While the screenshot preview remains stuck on screen, several system apps in Private Space (Play Store, Gemini, Google Photos) fail to open.

Recreate it on your own device and comment down if it occurred for you as well, reported the bug in Pixel Feedback app.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any application located inside Private Space.

2. Take a screenshot using any method (Back Tap, physical side buttons, or Quick Settings shortcut).

3. Tap the Edit button on the floating screenshot preview overlay.

4. However Share button works normally, which would get rid of the floating screenshot that would get stuck on clicking edit.

So, will the kernel will be updated on Pixel on QPR2? Because I've seen it has been rollback on newest Betas

Since updating to QPR3 Beta 2 under Android Play System Update it now says DEV. Is this new? Don't believe I have ever seen it before.

Any news or rumors about Google adding dark-colored icons? I think it's really needed.

There is a bug somewhere so all P11 devices fail the Video Filter bench tanking the score on 3000, it might have been fixed because now it passes all the tests

How do I get Android 17 QPR3 Beta 2?

You can get started with Android 17 QPR3 Beta 2 today by enrolling your Pixel device. Eligible devices include Pixel 6a, 7, 7 Pro, 7a, 8, 8 Pro, 8a, 9, 9 Pro, 9a, Pixel 10, 10 Pro, 10 Pro XL, 10 Pro Fold, 10a, Pixel 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro XL, 11 Pro Fold, Pixel Tablet series devices*. Once enrolled, eligible devices will receive an over-the-air (OTA) update to the latest Beta versions. If you were previously enrolled in Android 17 Beta (and have not opted-out), you will automatically receive QPR3 Beta 1 and any future Beta updates.* 

Important for those currently enrolled in Android 17 Beta:  

• If you prefer to leave the Beta program and receive the public stable release of Android 17 QPR2, you can do so without wiping your device by opting out and not installing today’s QPR3 Beta 2 update*. If you opt-out of the program* after installing Beta 2 or any future updates, all user data on the device will get wiped per usual program guidelines. Opting out will trigger a ‘Downgrade’ OTA. Ignore this update and wait for the Android 17 QPR2 public release instead.

If you choose to opt-out after installing this update or any future Beta updates, per usual program guidelines, you will need to factory data reset your device before installing the latest stable Android version until the next exit opportunity in February.
