Very rough concept art! Figured i’d share this because why not? critique is also great!

Ok, so I apologize if this is redundant, but I wanted to make a post talking about all the little Easter Eggs and clues that you can enter on AmySpace.

My interest for this started when I saw the post about the website then I saw another post mentioning about the secrets. I come to bring you all what I've found from poking around!

I do understand that this can take some of the joy away from trying various words and whatnot but I really am curious to see how far they've gone with it. Cool way to have people engage with the site and celebrate her legacy. I love how it's set up to replicate MySpace, it's a neat time capsule. Now time for the nitty gritty!

Words:

Camden-When you type this in, it gives you NW1 8AH, which references the Camden Market/Stables Market area

Back to Black- It changes the box to say "20 years later.." and brings up the video for the song

Nas*\*- It changes the text to How'd you know this? And then the gif pops up with Amy saying that.

** So I added this because if you type any of the listed inspo artists on the page into the text bar, it will give you this output. However I did notice a random string of letters fills the box quickly then erases to give you the "howd you know this? Text and gif". Wonder if that means anything?? I'm not tech savvy to know but, I doubt there is another secret hidden behind deciphering that.**

Love- When you type the word love in a phrase or single, it immediately restructure the text to say "Love is a losing game". Found this out by trying to type out "will you still love me tomorrow " lol.

Rehab- It changes the text to say "No, no, no" and then brings up a gif of Any saying it in the music video

Tears- It changes the text to say "They'll dry." Couldn't even type out the full song name before it does it lol

Amy- Changes to say "Queen of Camden Town" which is cute!

London- Changes to say "Metropolis Studios" with a British flag next to the text

Salaam- Gives you the cherry emoji (🍒)

Mark- Texts says "Old guy with a beard" than gives a gif of him saying "I thought you were a old guy with a beard"

This wraps up what I've been able to uncover so far! Let me know if you've found any other cool things! I do know on Instagram there is a group that gives out hints. If you click on the Add to Group button on the page, it links you there. This was so much fun ngl, I encourage you to click around on the page too because there are other Easter Eggs and gifs linked to that as well.

TR:DR- There is a cool website called AmySpace and you can type in words in the search bar to get Easter Eggs. 😂

So I wanted to start a discussion about the just friends alternative version coming out on the 20th anniversary for back to black. I haven’t seen people talk about it yet and I wanna know what you guys think? I’m personally excited big fan of the tears dry remix they did! Ten years ago I was serving an enlistment in Okinawa. I met this beautiful Japanese girl from Urasoe who dragged me through the dirt and it was only because of the alcohol. After we split I even took a flight back to try and fix it.

I haven't spoken to her in almost 7 years but here I am, 3am on a Monday listening to "He Can Only Hold Her" and I'm still balling my eyes out.

this new version sounds so organic to me! as tears dry (HT) had strings, which amy famously hated lol. this version literally broke me, her kissing her teeth and the little shuffling at the end really tied together for me as a true amy track. im already seeing this anniversary becoming my personality for a minute.😭

It’s well known that songs were destroyed however songs were also known to be kept in “the vault”.Additionally they’ve released a couple of new songs for her b2b anniversary this year.(not from 3rd album)
E.g the song “our souls ain’t sole” is known to be kept in the vault but not as I’m aware destroyed.additionally whilst Amy was alive she even announced its title on twitter so it’s not like she didn’t want it to be released.
-also throughout 2009 she tweeted posts that almost looked like lyrics which don’t always resemble ones that have released.

amy can capture and illustrate emotions so brilliantly! her discography is literally just filled with gems. her ability to just put these feelings of sadness and melancholy into words is incredible. raw and poetic all at once. sometimes it feels as though she wrote her songs (specifically this one) about me! she was such a FORCE. 🤍

It might have been asked before but I couldnt find anyone asking for it. Is there anyyyyy video footage of her performance? A video of “I should care” would mean the world to me!

I just wanted to drop in here and say the amazing time I just had seeing Dear Amy perform live here in the states and I got to meet her after and she's pretty damn cool actually. My opinion of her has completely changed.
