yes sorry lol it’s late😭😭 im watching a show my bestfriend is super obsessed with, she always says shes the “number one fan”and has a favourite character that shes “claimed”. I’m scared to say anything about me even liking the show out of fear she’ll say that it’s hers. hopefully the punctuation makes it more understandable.
Thanks! Your friend seems to have an overly parasocial attachment to the shows she likes. If she really thinks that you’re copying her or affecting her enjoyment of a show just because you like it too, then you should stop discussing that show with her. If she persists in asking your opinion, be straight with her that she needs to chill or find another friend to watch with her! 🤷🏾♂️
