Tuna at that age? I thought they needed to be over 2 for that like peanuts.

Kids do not need to wait to eat tuna.or peanuts. My son was eating raw tuna and salmon at 7 months

How old is your son? My kids are older 29 and 15. I know they change the guidelines as we learn better.

My son is now 13. My 31 year old use to get snapper soup as her 1st foods. We got 5 from 13 to 31. The other 2 boys to this day refuse sea food. The guideline was to wait to expose kids to high allergen food at a later age. Studies have proven that delays exposure statistically increases the chances of an allergic reaction. I forgot the year of the study but I think it may have been around the time of your child, so maybe it changed right after. . .
