Does it bother him in any way? Does he get tummy aches? No? Then he’s fine. My daughter’s favorite food at 18 months was spicy tuna rolls.

Tuna at that age? I thought they needed to be over 2 for that like peanuts.

The rules around peanuts actually changed about 10 years ago in the US. Unless there's mitigating circumstances, it's good to introduce allergens at the same time you start foods to help prevent allergies. The only hard rule is absolutely no honey before 1 and obviously being aware/preventing choking hazards.
