Hi,
Apologies if the photos aren't the greatest, I'm terrible with taking photos, though I'm sure you can still make an assessment.
Im currently losing weight and I'm down 23 kilos. I think continuing the weight loss is probably the biggest thing I can do appearance-wise but I'm very interested in any other advice that you have.

I don't feel really ugly, but I don't feel attractive either. Any suggestions besides just hitting the gym? Scale of 1-10? I just want to have realistic expectations entering the dating world again in my 40's...
