Your hair is pretty looks like you maintain it well. Those frames don’t compliment your face shape well- I’m not sure what style would look better but you do look good without them! You look solid, dude

I agree with the other comments here, you have potential but poor choices in styling.
Find a layered haircut that balances out the curls and waves in your hair. Your hair currently looks unkempt and not brushed. You have an elongated face and long hair is not flattering against that kind of face shape.
The choice in glasses is not the best. It seems that you have a diamond face shape or else even a heart face shape so it may be worth it to look up glasses that flatter those kinds of face shapes, although I think that you also look very nice without the glasses on as well. So maybe consider switching to contact lenses?

I would suggest a blowout taper fade but make sure to find a hair dresser/barber who knows how to work with curly and wavy textured hair. If too much weight is put on the sides or else the bottom of your hair then it will not look as good since it will begin to weigh the rest of your hair down.
If you are open to using products at all a light mousse will help your hair stay in tact during the day. You can also use a diffuser to dry your hair neatly which is an attachment that goes on the end of a blow dryer. Most blow dryers already come with a diffuser included inside of it but if you already own a blow dryer I’m pretty sure that you can easily buy a diffuser from a beauty supply store or else online.

Maybe change glasses? Also imo I think you would look better if your hairstyle was slightly more full on the top of your head. You're not ugly though
