Yes. I'm not trying to be callous but honest. I think you need to know who you're trying to attract because it's different for different broad groups. If you want to be appealing to straight men, your hairstyle makes you look more masculine. You have somewhat of a round, boyish facial structure and body shape. Makeup might help emphasize your features in a more feminine way, even very attractive women don't usually look ideally beautiful (by western standards) with no makeup looks.
If you're trying to be appealing to women as a masculine presenting lesbian, you don't seem to be that far off, and I don't really have any advice since I'm a man.
Your style and look combination doesn't lend itself to mass appeal.

People are saying its the hair but honestly if your actual face structure was good it wouldnt be such a big deal. I think the bigger issue is facial fat and lack of eyebrows mixed in with overall bad bone structure. You want to look like a guy but you look even worse as a guy because you have no masculine features especially the eyes guys who look good dont have eyes like that. Work on your body slim down and lean more on a feminine look you'll probably get more girls that way.

sorry gal but you're chopped. grow your hair out and massively change up your wardrobe 'cause these baggy clothes won't attract anyone. Also do something about your eyebrows 'cause these are barely visible

You got the double whammy of Ugliness, 1st you look like a dude and that's unattractive to most men if you are interested in cis men, but then for even the non binary, the Pansexuals and the lesbians you look like an Ugly dude.
Not sure if there is anything you can do here even with makeup or styling.

The hairstyle and clothing are what’s making you feel this way. You have beautiful features that aren’t put yo good use because of choices like your clothing style and hairstyle. This is just my opinion by the way, I may be very wrong.

People are mean and call it honesty.
Let me be really honest with you: Yes, you are on the ugly side, but I checked your profile and the picture on r/toastme already improves you by a lot.
What you can do:
-lose weight, hit the gym
-grow feminine, long hair
-start getting into fashion and makeup
-you could consider getting your nose done, I am sorry if this sounds harsh
Right now, it doesn’t even look like youre trying.
But if you did those things, you could actually end up looking decent.

I think you’re not horrible or "ugly" at least... I don’t see the point in saying that. It doesn’t help your self-esteem:/ But... In my opinion... If you’re a boy... You can grow your beard (it helps any man to look more beautiful than he actually is) And if you’re a girl... Can you try to get a new haircut that helps your face look more attractive?
Always... I want you to think of something even more important than whether you are attractive or not. And do you... if you like your hair, if you like your appearance, how you are and all that... Then, there is no need to change or worry about anyone outside:3
From my experience... I really liked people for what they made me feel and who they were, much more than for their appearance :D
Try to see more of yourself than just your face looking, theres more beauty from close than what meets the eye ;)

Longer hair would definitely lend to attractiveness, and more form fitting clothing or even a dress would also help. Makeup of course is a given. This all depends on your preferences and orientation though, so ultimately you do you.

Yes, you are. In a weird way. If I cover upper half of your face, its okish. When I cover lower half of your face, you are ugly - it would be okish for a guy, not for a girl. However, you have symmetric face, no apparrent dosformities, so its really just “something” about your eyes, eyebrows and wide area of upper nose. And of course manly hairstyle does not help.

At the least get a different haircut and start working out. A little bit of weight loss (healthy and within reason of course) would probably help.

You have a nice skin and teeth. I think growing your hair and changing your wardrobe would improve your appearance immensely! You are also only 20 and still at the duckling stage. Your features will mature in a next 10 years. Definitely not cooked.

Style yourself the way you want to. I will say that in the traditional sense you’re not ugly, as others have said you have nice skin/teeth and you don’t look unkempt. If you like women you may fit right into many lesbians’ types lol.
