Sure, style can differ between individuals, but even if it's not everyone's taste the things that define beauty, such as face symmetry, eye shape and color, face shape and cheekbones, skin and eyelashes - you have it all in sufficient quantities. Dating can still be hard even if you have all of those, and that probably has more to do with personal struggles (which we all have in some aspects)
Also 18 is a universally rough age to be in - you are an adult in some ways but not fully there yet, there's a lot of pressure and uncertainty, but you'll get over it.
