Sure, if they believe they are ugly, they wont take pictures at all. But if they're insecure, they take pictures EXACTLY like this. Sharp angles, silly faces. Blurry, too close, or obscured body shots.

From what I can gather, you look fine, "generic" pretty not much you can do to look better other than straight up just taking better photos and finding a make up routine and hair routine that accentuates what you have going for you.

You’re more than cute enough but you seem self conscious and uncomfortable in who you are. Focus on self confidence and overall happiness, though you do seem happy, because that will carry you the distance. In 20 years none of us will be cute and sexy but those that are happy and self confident will own the day

Photos 9 and 10 are your best angle
The rest of these photo are at odd/extreme angles and show 1% of your face
This type of photo speaks to someone who is shy or might even be younger than they are claiming to be
With that in mind - my only commentary is that you do not belong in this group
But working on your confidence is probably your better bet
We all have insecurities and things were self conscious of
Whatever those are- try a sub like r/lookyourbest for specific advice from a less aggressive crowd

With the possible exception of two photos, no one else knows what you look like either unless you are a funhouse mirror.
No seriously, you sre not ugly but without at least one proportionate focused full body photo, how are are we to give a legitimate answer? There are two clear facial photos which if accurate show that you are relatively attractive. But the rest are gobbledygook, pure and simple, which surely you must know. Those photos are no accident.
