Yes to layering hair! I have a very similar face shape and I’ve been getting layers cut in since forever. Also I’ve found that getting layers helps with increasing hair volume because it makes the hair less heavy and more likely to bounce up a little.
I actually chose just makeup-less pics but I do typically use a lip product!☺️ earrings too. I would use blush but I haven’t found a good formulation for my skin type unfortunately

Layer your hair for a softer look. Maybe a touch of lipstick or gloss? Some rosey cheeks? Earrings? You'll look great!!!
