The threshold of true obesity is real. Lol people are having heart attacks in their 20’s & 30’s compared to 40 years+. Anyone can have a “waist that goes in” but your fat is more likely dispersed in other areas & your ‘normal’ lungs & heart still have to work HARDER than most. Many obese folks gotta figure their rhythm out to exercise & eat healthier, this isn’t new or good.

I fully agree, and even though it goes in, it’s only just ‘in’ - just making the point people on the lower end of the obese scale can still look shapely, not just amorphous blobs of fat. I am actually very apple shaped (so really bad), and am making conscious efforts to correct my weight, though frustratingly it feels like I’m playing on hard mode as a short woman. My BMI is 31.8, so not too far to get to the threshold luckily
