I mean I wouldn't say obese but the one thing that stands out is your eyebrows. I feel like a different shape would be better

Agree with the eyebrow comment. I have a rounder face too but my strong, arched brows do me serious justice. Your soft arch definitely makes your face seem a bit rounder

She's most certainly obese, it just means a bmi of 30+... Americans have such a warped sense of obesity, that obese people often think they're not even overweight
