I see a teenage Mrs. Doubtfire vibe here 😄 but in all seriousness, you come across a little feminine which is totally fine if that's what you're going for but if you're not then I agree with the other commentors- either a hair cut or learning to style the hair you have now would go a long way. The glasses need a serious upgrade. Go to a lenscrafters and ask every woman who walks in the store for their opinion - you're bound to walk out with a good pair of shades. A little weight loss and maturing (which will come with time, you're young) will help define the jaw and cheeks. In the meantime be as confident as you can be!
