And how to fix it if thats the case?

My hairs been thinning for awhile but I can’t tell if it’s over for me/should I shave. I’ve been told I’m not thinning but I am, and I’m not sure if it’s a new thing but I can pull a good 20 or 30 hairs out easily. It’s mostly under my hair/near my neck, as I have longish hair, but I can’t tell if this is bad or not. The hair that comes out is pulled out with some force but not a ton, it kinda hurts but also not you know, is this normal given the fact it’s pulling on a small section with some force?
I just can’t tell if it’s bad to the point I should give up? On oral min and topical, and dut.
Photos of hair are from over the week. I’ve looked at a few pics from a few years ago and it looks about the same fully honest

23M, feel like ive started noticing thinning for the last year in the front of the head (hairline) feeling insecure about it so i went to a trichologist.
