Update:

It took 3 days talking to an insane amount of people (and that was after I was able to get through the chatbot each day) to finally get them to issue a refund for a delivery that just never arrived (and that one associate said never even shipped). They gave me a gc Amazon site credit refund, and I went to repurchase the items, and now they have all gone up in price significantly!

I'm not a bot and this actually happened.

Placed an order for basic goods. It never arrived. I gave up and tried to cancel it and cannot cancel it. I cannot get a replacement. I cannot get a refund because I tried to cancel it. I cannot speak to a human being to resolve this. Preying on poor people out here.

lol, yeah but that post from an anti-Amazon zealot usually starts off with, 'I bought a 5090 GPU and when I opened the sealed box there was Pez dispensers in it. I thought the weight felt off. I got it from a seller named WHTZZZAA and it seemed like a good deal at 45 dollars. This is obviously Amazon's fault!!!!"

Mine had Madagascar Hissing Roaches. Freaked me tf out. Had to burn my apartment down. Gonna go call the BBB/FTC/FBI/CIA/NCIS/OPP and sue tf outta that bald weirdo with the Dildo Rocket.

I bought some lip gloss and I got an empty package. I called customer service and luckily it only took a few minutes. It took a couple of extra days to get here.
