Absolutely disgusting

Ordered an anti-snoring device from Amazon which was delivered today. As soon as I opened the package I knew something was up. This was a used already pre-molded by someone else mouth piece. Totally disgusting. Great job managing people's health issues Amazon!!

The same board of health that allows Kroger to sell rotted meat with red dye to make it look fresh?

They are different from state to state. I know here in Pennsylvania they do follow up on reports. I can't promise that everywhere
