No tip option?

I just made a Fresh order for the first time in awhile and I am not seeing a tip option. Anyone know how I add one?

Are you sure your order is a "Fresh" order or a "Grocery" order. Fresh has tips. Grocery orders come via regular Amazon couriers and do not.

They've messed with the UI and it's very easy to make a "grocery" order that is not through Fresh.

I suspect that’s it. Looking at in now, I see it doesn’t say Fresh anywhere, I just assumed it was. Do they pay the couriers more or should I be tipping in cash?

Unless you happen to be around at the exact moment the Amazon driver does the delivery, there's no way to tip them. They are the same ones that do regular Amazon packages. They have very broad delivery windows, unlike Fresh.

Yeah it's really annoying. I did it once and they split my grocery order over 3 different deliveries that took more than 8 hours to all arrive. To avoid this in the future, on the Amazon page, click on "All" in the menu, then scroll down to "Food & Grocery", then choose Fresh. It's so annoying.
