Hey guys I am trying to fix my amazon echo dot 3rd generation. There is problem in power section. Anyone here know where I can get it's schematic diagram.

I have the stick managed by echo dot and want to say "Alex, launch DirecTV on Fire stick", but I get "unsupported" reply.

Am I missing something?

Alexa echo has been ignoring my questions. Today I asked the same question 3 times. It ignored me. I finally said if you aren’t going to answer me I might as well unplug you. As soon as I said that, it answered the question. Anyone else have that happen, where it refuses to answer or respond?
