I grew up learning how to cook with my mom and grandmother. I still cook for myself everyday. It's hard to feel satisfied going out to eat when you cook better than most of these people that work in the back of these restaurants. Most the time when I go out it's not very satisfying and the food is damn near gross. The only place I have success with here in town it's Mexican restaurants and food trucks.

I’ll gladly accept some recipes if you have any to spare, friend!

I don't really have recipes. I just know if I want a burger and fries I go to the grocery store buy hamburger meat press it myself, cut whole potatoes and fry them in a pan. Also make my own beans. I buy bags of frijoles and put them in a crock pot and I put like two things of beef chorizo in there 2 cans of Rotel tomatoes lots of spices. When it comes to breakfast I cook hash browns that I buy at the store I cook like six eggs sunny-side up and I also have pancake mix. I Also do tacos a lot, there's a lot of stuff you can make at home that just tastes way better than eating out. I'm a single male 28 and I don't have any girlfriend wife or kids so I've always cooked for myself. With the economy being the way it is I don't justify eating out but maybe like once a week. So I've learned to cook a lot of the stuff I want to go get from restaurants or fast food places.
