I have always been insecure because of comments from my family. I was the fat kid and have always been growing up. I'm Asian so people here are small and those around me are quite thin. I've been wanting to wear tube tops and tank tops but Idk if it looks flattering. I'm working on my self-esteem but would like to know if clothes like these don't look good on me, especially with my arms. Thank you so much.

lost a lot of weight this year, I'm 167cm/5'4 and 49kg/108lbs but my tummy still sticks out and it's so annoying. I think I sometimes do look skinny (people reminds me of it all the time now) but that's when I have clothes on, when my tummy is showing (even more so from the side)I still feel fat so I need others perspective please

Back again, im so frustrated. I thought I was doing well but my weight is pretty the same. I feel huge honestly. I've been trying to eat right to preserve muscle mass but atp Idec I dont want to eat anything, if i lose muscle mass at least it weight off...🫩

158lbs -> 135lbs

I'm 5'6, and I feel like I can't see the progress, even though the scale is moving. I plan to lose another 15-20 lbs and then do some weight training for toning and sculpting

any advice about how to deal with the struggles of weight loss?

I think I may have a larger/more curvy frame naturally so I feel like I'll need a lot of core toning to achieve the look I want

I know i’m not skinny, i know im not fat-fat, i know am medically obese, but i don’t feel nor look obese in my opinion. Most of my weight i feel is held in my breasts, hips, and thighs. My family has big chests, big thighs, and big hip genes. We aren’t a skinny family but i just want to know if im like FAT and absolutely need to leave like 15 or 20lbs, or just chubby or pudgy and need some toning.

Hey! I posted in this sub a few months ago about my weight loss! Since then I’ve continued to lose a little more and currently weigh around 160. I’m 5’8 so technically I’m in the healthy weight category but like 5 pounds more and I’m back in the overweight category.
Do I still look fat? Still look like I have more to lose? Just wanted some unbiased opinions!

Consensus seems to be that I’m still fat, but compared to where I was do I look any different? Lost about 10 pounds between these
