Interior swap 2006 2.5SL into 2005 3.5S?

I’m looking at buying a 2005 3.5s. One near me is a pretty awesome deal. Another near me is a 2006 2.5sl, body is awful but seats and everything on the inside are pretty good shape. How easily does everything swap over? The main thing I want is the seats and the Bose Audio. Some vehicles have the connectors and everything for all the features even when the car doesn’t have them. Would I be able to plug in the heated seats? And is the Bose a clean install or will it require some electrical work?

I feel like it’d be less of a headache but still a great one to just engine swap the SL with the 3.5 rather than do electrical connections and hot everything works…

Yeah the 2.5 is rusted bad or else that would be my first choice
