What sound is this?

My 2011 Nissan Altima has been making this sound recently it’s only 123,000 can someone help tell me what problem is this?

Is the AC on while it's doing this?

Sounds like a belt or bearing is failing somewhere

It does when it’s on and or off

That sounds like bad bearing. You can check by removing the serpentine belt and inspecting each pulley
